Of course. But due to history of Austria-Hungary, they have a lot of problem: Tension with Russian Empire about Poland and Ukraine; Croatia, Slovenia are close to ethnic Slavs in Balkan, while Czech, Slovakia want to become a part of Russia than Austria-Hungary.

And... Hey, where are Bosnia and Herzegovina?
